We want you to love your Trendy Thrive order. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with any tags attached.

Items We Cannot Accept

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned once opened or used: skincare and beauty products, cosmetics, facial tools, earrings, lingerie, shapewear, and supplements.

How to Start a Return

Email trendythrive88@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover it and send a replacement or full refund.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll resolve it quickly at no cost to you.
