Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery after processing:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7–15 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Some items ship from partner warehouses and may arrive separately. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak periods.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $50 USD. Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping rate shown at checkout.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking to update after dispatch.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
